Current Known Issues
|Combo Prices not visible on the
||When a combo is selected from the combo list, the
price of all the items in the combo change on the Versaterm operator
display. There is however a problem with the customer display not
showing the price change. Some customers are concerned that the combo is
not being applied. This is a known issue and a fix has since been
developed and will be released with the next firmware rollout. In the meantime, a receipt can be printed which clearly shows
the customer that the combo discount has been applied.
|Combo sales can’t be transferred
||Any sale that contains a combo cannot be placed on
hold and transferred to another terminal. This is a known issue and a
fix is currently being worked on by the supplier. There is no work
around apart from removing the combo from the sale, transferring the
sale to the other Versaterm and then reapplying the combo. A fix has
since been developed and will be released with the next firmware
|Sale discount percentage or sale
discount $ not appearing in the discount column of the PSW report
||Any sale that has had a discount percentage or a
dollar discount amount applied to the sale does not appear in the
discount column of the PSW report. This is largely due to a bug that
exists with the discount keys on the Versaterm. This is a known issue
and a fix has since been developed and will be released with the next
